Opening a Chase savings account was very easy

Opening a Chase savings account was very straightforward. I initially found I was unexpectedly ineligible for a bonus rate. However, this was resolved with a simple brief text chat conversation in a matter of minutes. I would have awarded full marks had an acceptable workaround been implemented following an inaccessible experience of ID verification. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Chip saving: market-leading return, decent app, easy access

Chip is compelling thanks to its market-leading returns promise and logical app. Though the initial account opening and linking process could be better, the day-to-day interface is reasonable clean and straightforward. Though I don't care much for the automatic saving facilities, I am looking forward to receiving a 1.25 percent bonus in December. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021
