17 years no issue

I was with Dec before I ever got a proper bank account and it’s been 17 years and I have no complaints. I’ve never had an issue with my account that couldn’t have been solved without a quick call Customer Service who have been very cordial and informative on the results the issue promptly. easy process

Joined a few weeks before my son was born as i needed a bank account. easy to set up and use. All charges are clear. easy app to do trasactions and if you lose your card easy to replace/ cancel Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

Great first impression!

Started using Cashplus when I just had a baby and I have not had a reason to search for another bank. Said baby will be a teenager this year and now Cashplus is a bank that still keeps the values of the online account that helps you manage your finances at the touch of a button. whether setting up dd or if you lose your card everything you need is in the app. I highly recommend it.
