Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

It USED to be fairly easy to open an account

Unlike the other banks, you USED to be able to walk in and open a business account - not any more. Covid is being used as a general excuse for long call wait times, no service etc. They wriggled hard to avoid giving bounce back loans. No pdf receipts for more transactions, no text possible etc. Reviewed on: 14th March 2021
