Best customer service

We have had our self build mortgage with the Ecology Building Society from the start of our build. Our needs were very exacting, a large mortgage, and unusual build and the challenges of a self build. Having originally gone to a broker and failed we went directly to the EBS and they confirmed the mortgage in a matter in a few weeks. The EBS customer service is just amazing, I do not know of any other bank who would take such an interest in a build and actually come to site to see the build in progress.
