Great company to deal with, and with good values!

We were not able to get a standard mortgage through other lenders as the house we wanted to buy was in need of complete renovation. Researching our options led us to finding Ecology. We were able to get a mortgage with the aim to improve the energy efficiency rating of the property which lined up well with what we wanted to do anyway! The process of applying for the mortgage involved setting out our plans for the renovation which was time consuming and fairly challenging but any queries we had were dealt with quickly and we received great support from Ecology to guide us through this whenever we needed it. We would definitely recommend Ecology to anyone in a similar situation! Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
