I wouldn't give them my money, as credit card admin is bad

They told me they had increased my credit card limit but it took three months for them to actually put it up and only after several phone calls. The dedicated phone number given is for debit cards and not credit cards, so there is increased delay when calling the customer service department. Some transactions have been declined without reason even when there was capacity within the credit limit. The date for monthly repayments varies from month to month, so I never know until...
