SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Efficient and friendly

When I was looking for an account that I could open to save on behalf of my grandson who is 16. The account I was saving in for him would have transferred to him in his name at 16, but I wanted to have an account for him that transferred at the age of 18. There wasn't many of those accounts around that a grandparent could invest in for the child. Suffolk Building Society found me a family trust account with a competitive savings rate that I could continue saving in for him until we give him the money at age 18. Staff at the Ipswich Ravenswood office were extremely helpful and informative. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Brilliant. Polite. Helpful. Cheerful.

Staff in Haverhill and Sudbury branches are always helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Never rushing customers. It's so nice to get personal face to face service. It's a shame other banks/building societies don't follow their lead. Great service. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
