Having come into a bit of money it was then a case of where to put it. There are a number of national (and international) establishments who give highly rated services but few (if any) gave a personal service with a real person. I have only recently opened a savings account (December 2022. I found the staff helpful and very informative. They answered all my questions fully and made me feel that my money would be in a safe place. I cannot praise them enough. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Excellent service, really accommodating with disabled customers.

I’ve been with Suffolk building society for five years on a joint mortgage, recently had to change products due to now buying a house on my own and they’ve been super accommodating and really helpful. They’ve understood that I’ve been rushed by the newbuild developers and they’ve tried their best to accommodate, they have also been amazing in terms of accessibility and trying to help out as much as they could with a visually impaired customer.
