Made to feel like a criminal

Well when I go to take money out of my account or put it in , I should not be arsked in a abruped manner where has this money come from etc , and this is in front of other people in the building , you could take me to a room and ask me if you really must Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

The 'Hands on Building Society'

So nice to have the personal touch when visiting a branch being tired of the relentless march toward faceless interaction in many other financial organisations. Staff always friendly and helpful and returns on savings products are good. Very impressed with Suffolk Building Society's commitment to supporting the local community and the environment.
