Efficient, friendly and personal service

We went to the Halesworth branch to open a savings account. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, so easy to deal with and it great to receive personal service rather than the long wait and passcodes necessary with telephone banking. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Excellent customer service

I have always found it very easy to contact Suffolk Building society by phone, or by email or on line, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. For me, this is the most important feature of a good building society. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
