Outstanding customer experience

The whole team at the Woodbridge branch from start to finish were exceptional, from the lady who greeted us when we were late for our appointment, to Benny who spent as much time as we needed patiently explaining the fixed term ISA options available, and then dealing with the transfer from another financial institution. Excellent first meeting

I opened a savings account at the Woodbridge branch and was very impressed by the service provided. Prompt & efficient, explained well and in a very professional manner by Benjamin Townley. Always a good service

Always find the staff at Suffolk Building society to be helpful and friendly. Also find their rates to be really competitve too.
