Transferring of ISA to higher interest rate

Had an appointment in Woodbridge with Diane everything was cleatly explained in what was required for me to transfer in from another provider to Suffolk building society who were offering nearly double the interest rate my current isa was earning Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

All options clearly explained to me and currently Suffolk building society are offering the best ISA rates

I was running slightly late for my appointment due to an accident and a road closure nothing was too much trouble for Diane who processed the relevant paperwork and set my ISA up Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

If you are lucky enough to live in Suffolk I recommend you use Suffolk Building Society. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the financial products are good value. Reviewed on: 27th July 2023

Incredibly helpful, friendly service

I was helped by Benny to get myself a new savings book and withdraw some money, he was incredibly thoughtful and took care to sort everything I needed whilst still being quick and efficient. He even helped me to feel comfortable after our appointment was over and got me some cool water and I sat in their air conditioned waiting area as I'm heavily pregnant and the weather was really getting to me.
