Professional staff

I have had several dealings with the staff at Suffolk Building Society ( mainly when they were Ipswich Building society ). All the staff that I dealt with were very polite and helpful and I have always been totally satisfied knowing that they have given me the best product available to me at that time. Friendly, helpful staff offering competitive savings options

We have both held savings accounts with Suffolk Building Society for many years. Always helpful

I’ve had a regular savings account for over 10 years and found the local branches to be easy to access and staff are helpful. I just wish I could do it all online though, need to get up to date with technology SBS! Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
