We have had a mortgage with Suffolk Building Society formerly Ipswich Building Society for over 25 years. The society are friendly and always provide a very personal service. Very good customer service, some decent rates

I've been with Suffolk for years. Some savings rates (including mine) are good but others are not so competitive. Would love to see online banking introduced if only to be able to see my balance. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
