Friendly and helpfull

Modern but 'back in time' with open desks and face to face talking, no screens as in most building societies and banks. Makes you feel like a person not a number. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022

Good service from Suffolk. Quick to increase interest rates following recent increase by Bank of England.

Nothing too much trouble.

Whenever I call into the Ravenswood Branch I find the staff so helpful even though I sometimes take a lot of their time up. Never complain and help all they can. Reviewed on: 28th January 2022
