Excellent service - customer-focused and friendly

Gaining any mortgage can be a fraught experience, and this can be particularly true for a self-build house. Throughout the application and since, Ecology have focused on the outcomes I was trying to achieve, not simply on ticking their own boxes (though, of course, that still needed to be done!). They were extremely helpful in shaping their offer to best meet my needs and were always very prompt in responding to my queries. I believe I could not have done better in choosing Ecology to supply my mortgage needs. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
