Thank you for making the merger between Halifax to Lloyds easy , for the first time my mom beat me at a digital product. Often I was selected to help her with small admin, passwords, sign up forms and the fact that this time her review was .. “it was so simple” makes me believe that Lloyds not only values their bosses but the people at the bottom too.
