They refused to send me a copy of my monthly statements in the post

I needed an original statement fir a solicitor to verify which the solicitor would not accept a printed online statement and asked fir me to have one posted, I asked customer service fir this they refused! Totally out of order! Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
