The best customer service ever!

I had the most delightful experience when I and my partner were in a low signal zone and battery was running low and I had an issue with my card. The customer service person made sure that even if the calls were dropped a few times they had all the notes from the previous calls and also made it a point that they called back to make sure we had everything we needed. I have not had this service from any other service provider either a bank or an energy company for that matter. I will definitely recommend Starling to others. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
