Fantastic banking product launched over the last few years. In credit interest on a current account doesn't exist anywhere else at the moment apart from Chase. Good and responsive customer service when I've required them available directly through the app. The live chat is staffed by knowledgable people who are able to help you 24/7. In addition to this, the cashback feature that they offer on everyday purchases really does build up and the round up functionality attached to the current account helps you save little by little without even noticing. So far, so good

Waiting on account approval because it couldn't automatically approve online. It says this is the case if you've lived at an address less than 3 years but I've been here much longer and used the Wealthify auto address lookup so not sure why it hasn't worked here but fingers crossed it'll be resolved soon. Communication during account set up has been great so far. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
