Easy to use chat help

I wasn’t sure whether I’d completed the sign up to online banking as I needed a card reader to do it. I ordered one when prompted but used Cora chat to see if I needed to do more. I was reassured that I needed to wait for the reader to arrive. I could come back to Cora chat if it didn’t arrive or I had other questions Reviewed on: 19th March 2021
