Absolutely faultless!

I’m a young person with Aspergers disorder and I went in to open an account in Metro bank Aylesbury branch and the service was like no other. Incredibly helpful and welcoming the moment you step into the bank, when I was with my mother trying to open the account it took some time and I started to get anxious and overwhelmed with everything and the man that was serving us was so calm and accommodating to my needs. We took a couple rest breaks for me to have a mental rest and he took things at my pace and explained each step to me carefully so I knew exactly what was happening. Ever since I’ve had the account, every time I enter the branch it makes me feel ‘at home’ and tremendously calm in there. My only regret was not getting the name of the gentleman to send him a thank you note! I believe I will always stay with and trust Metro bank with all my finances, thank you Metro!!
