Well we needed a loan to help us out and after checking out a few likely lenders we opted for Capital Credit Union, had no problems to speak of, repaid the loan over the allocated time, well pleased. Reviewed on: 26th June 2025

Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Trivialities.

I was already repaying Zopa a loan I had taken out a year or so ago, then I applied again for a loan to repay the first one plus leaving me some money left over, now all was going well until they started asking me for photographic evidence, meaning passport or a driving licence neither of which I have so because of this I was turned down for the said loan, to say the least I was annoyed and felt let down by them more so as I had never defaulted on my loan repayments to them and they did have all my details on record what was so important about having some photo of me as well, it didn't make much sense but it did put me off the company as far as loans or any of their services were concerned.
