Poor service towards existing customers.

Poor service towards existing customers. I accepted an Overdraft facility some years ago and never really use it. I was nice that it was there as a cushion. Suddenly I am told it will be totally removed unless I go through an appeals process. The process takes quite some time so I am not prepared to spend an unspecified time on the telephone. I didn’t have all this hassle when I accepted it. I wrote to complain but to no avail. “Appeals process only”. These people know what is coming into and leaving the account so why would I want to start begging? £7000 overdraft to ZERO in the drop of a hat. I’ll go elsewhere. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025

I like PayPal credit but it can be very difficult to...

I like PayPal credit but it can be very difficult to break down the outstanding payments and when trying to pay a ‘pay in 3 instalments’ it put the credit to the wrong offer. Needs more control over different proportions of payments to different offers Reviewed on: 12th June 2024
