So far so good, always in control. However I would like to pay off items as and when I want. When I have to pay in order it could mean I don't manage my money as I want. Also your customer service needs to be better as I have been lied to in the past. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Hassle free loan, I knew where I stood and was not pushed into getting it.

Took a loan out for £5000 paid it off over 3 years. I was talk through how much it would be in total and how much each month. No pushy sales person just a very nice well informed lady. I was recommended Zopa by a friend and I am glad they did. Reviewed on: 30th June 2017
