New in the UK. But at least they listen to customers

Although Fidor is relatively new to the UK (Sept15?) they have succeeded in creating an online community which communicates with the bank and each other. Any 'issues' are dealt with swiftly and openly. Their recent request for people to scan and email unencrypted passport details was acknowledged as being a mistake and they are putting in place better ways for clients to communicate. The recent Quiz was a great way for the community to come together and, I'm sure, there will be other events like this.
