NatWest Bank is my favourite bank in the world

NatWest Bank is the best Bank in the world for me. I am astonished how excellent my bank is in delivering their customer promises. Last week I liaised with Roisin in setting up my online banking so here is my message to her! Dear Roisin, As a satisfied customer of NatWest I want you to know how much I appreciate the attention and advice you have provided during our telephone conversation. You have a star quality and it is for people like you that NatWest bank stands out tall. For me no one ever put a foot wrong at NatWest. It’s a flawless Bank. With your help and guidance I am now getting confident in navigating my online banking. You never judged me during our conversation despite all the barriers and my disability.
