Lost my information, charged me wrongly, gave false information

Lost my information, sent confidential information to someone else for 2 years, lied about it, refused to provide call records, lied to them ombudsmans, destroyed records, charged me without notice, charged me on charges, lied to credit rating agency on charges (to cover previous lies) the list goes on and on. Can i rate them -10? Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Useless systems worst in the industry

Cannot check online statements to the mortgage. Cannot link mortgage and bank accounts to the app. Lots of fancy stuff but nothing even the basics works. Fix the basics first like making sure a client does not have to spend 10 hours to get a statement (and i failed) before you even try to add complexity. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

The opening and operating of the bank account had a few glitches here and there but the approachability of the management team and the effort and energy the RMs put into making sure everything was fixed made for an overall very good experience. Every time I message my RM I feel at ease as I know whatever issue I am having will be fixed or addressed within a day or two. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
