Nationwide flex account insurance hopeless

what a terrible experience in dealing with their claims department. constantly asking for the same documentation. lack transparency, no communication and in our case charging an excess fee for our son under 18 but not covered on the claim. stuck an excess fee per person and did not explain that a separate claim would be required and of course to apply another excess. taken over 12 months to deal with my claim. Very unprofessional and shambolic setup. We did take travel insurance with another insurance company before our booking accommodation, way before COVID 19 and typical of Insurance let us down.
