Direct debits charges

I dislike the charges for failed direct debits. I think the charges are too deer and also more benefits to customers instead of the system and algorithms. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Brilliant service and offers

Brilliant service and offers although they should be managed better and offered to the customer, instead of the computer system allowing it depends on how the system was built. Charges to bounced DD are too High Reviewed on: 24th March 2021
