Very unhelpful

Highly disappointed by the rate offered and by realising how disinterested they were in helping me out In a moment of difficulty where I was suffering the consequences of somebody dishonest and unlawful behaviour towards me, despite me having been a great customer always maintaining my payments up to date for 14 years. Best rate and good overall

Ratesetter had the best rate available even compared to that offered me by my bank I've been with 14 years and accepted my loan request in no time when other major banks would not.Also the online account is very easy to use and has got useful options such as changing the monthly payment date, I will use it again in future Reviewed on: 30th June 2017
