Brilliant

The system is brilliant for communicating with a range of adults and youth with detailed explanations, particularly like the added capabilities of providing direct links to forms to fill. Very easy to navigate and communicate with, often resolves the issue quicker than phoning in. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
