Easy to use with brilliant support.

Very quick to answer when you phone. Very helpful effective staff. Problems usually resolved in a few minutes. The app is brilliant. Very easy to use, when using my phone to pay with my Chase debit card it’s often confirmed on the app before the store have printed the receipt. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Great bank, great customer service, great app

Really easy to use app, very clear. Never had to wait more than a minute or two when calling customer services and they deal with your query rather than pass you from department to department. With Chase, banking using their app is a cinch! Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
