I have never had an issue and when I had to contact...

I have never had an issue and when I had to contact them they were able to sort my understanding no problem. But them online banking platform is easy to use and very straightforward and easy to use overseas. Only issue I had was not being able to pay US dollar into my account when using my card in NYC. But nevermind, as I hate carrying cash on me.. Maybe adapt for non US citizens to be able to pay cash to bank into there account like loose change and the odd dollars they have.
