Perfect app for monitoring, intelligent predictions and customer service

The app is designed so well, it makes it incredibly easy to see your outgoings. It's intelligent enough to categorise and then predict your expenses; but it knows it's not perfect so it has simple ways for you to add your own types of expenses. They're added so many great features that a 10/10 review now has to be 12/10. And finally, a few times I've contacted support cos I was confused or had a suggestion. Not only do they reply fast, they reply in a wonderfully friendly, human, detailed way - they even apologised in advance when they realised they wouldn't be able to get an answer to a question for a few days. On every level this app is the best banking/budget app I've ever used. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
