Fantastic bank

Customer since Nov 2018 and fully moved all my banking including direct debits, etc. over to them a couple of months later. Never had any problems with them or the banking app, smooth and straight forward from account opening to switching everything across. Intuitive and glitch-free app since the start but with a lot of smaller updates based on what customers seem to have suggested. Brilliant and amazing customer service as I had a couple of issues in the past, neither of them caused by by Starling bank but they were actually helping another bank involved (Sender’s bank) so that eventually I received an international payment I was expecting. Brilliant and reliable product with no hidden fees. Reviewed on: 27th March 2021
