Stress free from HSBC to Starling

Since I have joined starling bank for about 5yrs now, having spent 14yrs with HSBC, I must say this is a relief especially towards the insterest fees which am aware of how much I will be charged, contact via app chat is so easy and received response quite quickly. Banking made it so simple

Switched from HSBC to Starling Bank after 16yrs with HSBC where I felt never been considered as long time costumer. Yes I am not earning ££££££'s but I feel Starling made my banking so easy and so simple Plus customer service is really great, quick response and I feel secure Reviewed on: 27th March 2021
