Simple process but unfortunate it can't be completed solely online

Process for completing an application is simple and agents are always very polite to speak to, however after completing the online application (even as a previous customer) you must always wait to speak to somebody to confirm the details you have provided, which is somewhat frustrating. That said, the calls only last 5 minutes maximum so it's not a deal breaker. I would however note it can take some time to get through if you're calling to pay off your loan early (which I always do). Have once waited nearly and hour and a half and after the first few minutes you're no longer updated on your queue position which makes it seem like your call won't be answered.
