World Class Customer Service

I have been with First Direct for over 20 years. The Calibre of the staff is world class. They are extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally courteous and professional, very articulate and easy to talk to. I have never had the same level of customer service in any other bank or financial institution. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2017

First Class Service and Hassle Free

I have been with the bank since 1994 and have found them to have an excellent standard of accounts, customer service and online, postal and in bank facilities(using HSBC branches). I even work for HSBC and even though I also have a current account with them (as it was required) I use First Direct for day to day banking and find that their customer service far exceeds that of HSBC even though they are part of the same group.
