Consistently high level of service and help from always approachable staff

My local co-operative bank branch in Islington consistently provides not simply good service but also help and advice. I work in the third sector and the branch has been invaluable in helping me to ensure my clients retain as much financial independence as possible while at the same time keeping them safe from possible abuse. Safe, easy banking with decent interest and great customer service ... from a bank? Surprisingly YES!

Opened the online current account and have earned more interest than in a cash ISA with accessibility and good customer service as the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
