Making excellent use of new tech

At last a bank that’s not stuck in the dark ages. Instant notifications even if it’s the weekend. Card controls means I’m always aware of what’s going on with my account and can take action if required. Leaving your card behind the bar when you open a tab, no problem - just disable it until you’re ready to pay. I’ve used customer services via the app once and everything was resolved in minutes.
