A Bank with a Heart and Excellent Service

I wanted a bank that focuses on ethical enterprises. I have a bank with a great app, with good functionality. Whenever I ring, I don’t have to wade through a 10 point telephone tree, it gets answered quickly and the staff are marvellous. Triodos staff have been helpful. For me, this is incredibly important. The staff are helpful and have gone the extra mile helping me resolve issues (of my own making). As in, they’ve emailed me with extra information to help me. I say again: they’ve emailed care and are helpful. In this day and age of big business screwing over their customers, Triodos are stunning. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Fantastic Ethical Online Bank

I have been with Starling since autumn 2020 when I wanted to swap from mainstream banking to an ethical & sustainable focused banking. The application was straightforward and quickly processed, the App is clean and easy to use. I’m very happy with Starling. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
