Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

High Street bank, no thanks

Have been with Starling since almost the beginning, firstly for the no charge abroad debit card and the instant notifications but quickly discovered how easy they made personal banking. Now my wife Banks with them we also have a joint account both our kids who are tech savvy (we are not) have switched to starling. Always think the sign of a good company is how it's deals with an error. Recently had one and it was solved with patience, professionalism but in a very friendly manner. If you think the words love and bank don't go together then you are obviously not with Starling Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
