Banking has never been easier

I have been with Starling for 4 years now and have tried many main stream banks. The customer service is amazing, the app is getting better by the day and the tool and features offered with the card are incredible. I have a personal, joint and business account with starling and I am able to pay, be paid and transfer money between all three in seconds. I've linked it to my google pay which allows me to use mobile devices to pay and also allows me to use pay by app features at name brand garages across the country without having to step inside the forecourt shop. They have been brilliant during the covid crisis and have always made sure that I am protected, sometimes protecting me from myself. I have bipolar and can tend to spluge on things I don't need. Starling learns my typical banking practices and will ask me to authenticate anything out of the ordinary inside the app. They have even locked my card on occasion to keep me safe. I would love for Starling to be recognised with an award after how difficult this year has been for all. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
