When I decided to open an account with Starling Bank, because I am disabled and wanted an on-line only account, I was impressed with the media articles I read and, hence, chose them to proceed with. Opening the account was easy and the proof-of-ID video reassuring. My account was open and ready to use very quickly and I received my debit card in the post in advance of the indicated date for receipt. As a disabled person, it was great (and easier) not to have to go to a cash point to initialize the card. The app is easy to use and I have found setting up and making new payments problem free. Well done all round to Starling Bank - they have my vote and are worthy of the winner's prize! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
