Phew!

A few moths ago I had and 'old age' moment when I revealed my bank details to an email. I realised pretty quickly my error and immediately contacted the bank. I was panicking , assuming account would be emptied. The staff member who dealt with me was calm, efficient, reassuring and kind. She cancelled the card, ordered a new one a put my mind at ease.
