Confidence to invest

I made an initial lump sum investment into a new ISA. It has been easy to see where my money is, how it's doing, what the fees are - which gave me confidence to set up a direct debit. I'm very happy with the performance so far. Reviewed on: 6th December 2019

I've called my bank's telephone banking line on Christmas Day and they couldn't be more helpful. Always answered by a person and always in the UK. Can-do, proactive staff who know their products. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
