Really innovative

The whole online experience is really great. Easy to use and good information on spending etc. However the reason for my top rating is the introduction of the shopping card, which has been such a blessing for me this past year. I live in Surrey. My 89 year old father lives in Lancashire. He is housebound, so cannot get to the bank. He has needed help with his shopping during lockdown but had no access to cash and didn't want to give his bank card and PIN to the home help. His High St bank had no solution and even less interest in the issue. The ability to arrange a separate shopping card on my Starling account for his home help to be able to use in shops up to the limit I set (but not online or in ATMs) solved all our problems.
