Multi issue of cards

Recently many current account holders received duplicate cards because of a problem with their service. They informed use of this after the fact and promptly informed us that our newly issued cards were being cancelled and could only be used with chip and pin. Again new cards were issued unfortunately I incurred extra costs on my subscriptions as they had increased in price during the time I had it. When Starling cancelled the cards my payments were due and because they cancelled it my subscriptions were cancelled for none payment. I informed Starling and their response to their mistake and me incurring extra costs was, "well your going to have to give your new numbers to your service's". They DO NOT CARE AT ALL that I've incurred an increase in subscription costs. NOT VERY HAPPY Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
