An account that works as described

I am happy with how the account/app works for me. Bending over backwards to be fair & objective, the only minus points (such as they are) would be a slower and less expert customer service as the bank has grown, which used to be an expert response within 15/20 minutes. Also a too frequent, for my liking, card rejection requiring a pin confirmation when compared with friends banking elsewhere. Identification of payee and tracking expenditure is light years ahead of my experience with my clearing bank account. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
